  I hadn't tried a lot of Long Island Pizza so I Rosa to the occasion and came here.
  
  My friends and other Yelpers absolutely love the pizza here, and I liked it a lot a couple of years ago on my only visit, so I came back recently to see if it was still as good, or better than I thought, and they had closed down. I think they are renovating but hopefully they come back with full force, I can stop by again, because I used to love their stuff but want a do-over.
  
  The closing was kind of without warning and the internet didn't have anything about it so I'm not going to give them 5 stars until they open back up and prove to be as good as I remember.

  the new Rosa's is a disappointment.
  I believe there are new owners.
  they were very busy. we looked forward to having a slice of grandma's. the recipe has changed. the dough was crusty, but the cheese did not taste fresh. it was chewy and the tomato sause was bitter.
  while the crust was crispy, it was thicker  than the taste I experienced before they reopened. When new owners take over an existing business, they change recipes and it makes a big difference. the ingredients ,for me, did not taste fresh.

  Delicious pizza and calzones. Usually rotate between regular, Sicilian and the upside Sicilian. Our go to pizzeria in Huntington

  They've reopened!  The long awaited Rosas 2.0 is here!  Pizza is delicious as ever.  They now have upstairs seating but no service, you order downstairs and they will bring it up.  Might change noting that the tables are numbered.  So happy they are back, can't wait to dive into my old favorites!  Cheers!
